ACTION JOBS....my specialty, entails complete disassembly, cleaning, fine tuning the action, polishing appropriate surfaces, de-burring, lightening of the springs for smooth performance but not so light as to endanger proper function, reliability or safety. It will actually IMPROVE reliability, especially with clones. Your gun will sing a sweet tune! I will usually go the extra mile and correct any simple issues included in these prices if possible when not requiring replacement parts. Please let me know if I've got any glaring omissions not included in the list below.....

Gunsmith Services & Pricing

To try and shorten turnaround I'm no longer working on any firearms except Colt SAA's and clones and taken a few other more complicated things off my list. The following is a list of some of the more commonly used and offered services available here at Bozeman Trail Arms. While I can do more things than are listed here it would be best to e-mail me at gunsmith@bozemantrailarms.com for a free estimate/quote or simply to see if I'll even be able or want to do it. I'm not as desperate to depart from my normal specialties when my backlog is 6 ~ 7 months. If you don't see what you want done listed then that would be a good idea as I'm fairly specialized and don't do just everything and anything. All prices are PLUS return shipping of course. Thanks!

Prices are effective as of 20 January, 2021 and haven't changed much in over 24 years! I am also not afraid to list my prices as I know how inexpensive they are for what you're getting. My turnaround time right now is running 6 ~ 7 months, it always depends on how many boxes are sitting in my shop and what's in the next box I open. I just never know! Some things go fast, some things take weeks, like grips.
